2021 A Time to Advance

As many do, I often choose one word or phrase each year to help inspire me and remind me of my goals. This year I have chosen the word ADVANCE.

Last year was a challenge for many people and 2021 isn’t starting out much better. However, we all just need to be encouraged to keep moving forward.

In fact, when I chose the word ADVANCE so many other phrases came to mind that solidified my choice.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other

Slow but steady wins the race

One step at a time

Don’t give up

Keep moving forward

Don’t look back

Baby steps

Keep on walking, no matter what

This is what ADVANCE means to me. I know from experience with health issues, no matter how bad you feel, if you just keep putting one foot in front of the other, you are making progress! I’ve even heard it said that falling on your face is still moving forward! So no matter how difficult, keep moving ahead. All the best in 2021.
